ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH GO PUBLIC YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose on this research is to analyze the difference on companies’ performance before and after IPO at Garuda Indonesia and Blue Bird. This research is descriptive. Data used are library research and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were documentation and literature study. The analysis in this research is done by using financial ratios which include profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The result of data analysis is after going public both companies increase its performance in paying their liabilities. For profitability Garuda are more profitable while Blue bird is getting less profitable after going public.
