ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN CONSUMER GOODS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of leverage, profitability and size of the company to the value of the company either simultaneously or partially in the consumer goods company. The variables used in this study is the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and company size as the independent variable and the value of the company as the dependent variable.
The population of this research is consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012, as many as 35 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were as many as 27 companies. Data collection was done by taking the documentation of financial statements of Indonesian Capital Market Directory and download the official website Indonesia Stock Exchange in www.idx.co.id and http://finance.yahoo.com. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that the variable leverage, profitability and firm size simultaneously affect the value of the company, it can be seen from Fsignifikansi value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Partially shows that leverage and firm size does not affect the value of the company, it can be seen from t significance of each variable of 0.206 and 0.072. While the profitability variable positive and significant effect on the value of the company, it can be seen from the value of significance of 0.000 t less than 0.05.
The conclusion from this study is that the variable leverage, profitability and firm size simultaneously affect the value of the company. Partially only variable that significantly influence the profitability of the company, while the value of the variable leverage and firm size does not affect the value of the company.
