PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA DAN PERPUTARAN PERSEDIAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DI PT KAWI AGUNG KENCANA

Abstract

There are several factors that can influence an investor's decision to invest, one of which is the company's financial condition. If the company has a good financial condition, the opportunity to get investment from investors will be greater. The financial condition can be known through the presentation of the reported financial statements. The presentation of these financial statements will later influence investors to make decisions in investing. Therefore, the preparation of financial statements must be prepared based on financial accounting standards. PT Kawi Agung Kencana is a distributor of electrical equipment. PT Kawi Agung Kencana will continue to improve the company's performance in various ways. Company performance can be measured from financial ratios. There are many financial ratios that can be used to measure company performance. But on this occasion, the researcher uses the liquidity ratio and activity ratio. The profit of a company describes the results of the company's performance in one period and is also used to assess and measure the company's ability to generate maximum profits. The method used by the writer in this research is descriptive method and correlational method. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data analysis method used in the research are descriptive statistic, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.213. This shows that 21.3% of the variable variants of the ROA can be explained by variations in the variables CR, WCTO and ITO. The result of hypothesis F-test indicate that together CR, WCTO and ITO have a significant effect on ROA in PT Kawi Agung Kencana Period 2018-2020. And t-test indicate that CR and ITO have a significant effect on the ROA and WCTO hasn’t a significant effect on the ROA in PT Kawi Agung Kencana Period 2018-2020.
