Abstract

Throughout the development of technology, a lot of companies start to implement computerized system. It happens due to the effectiveness in having computerized system compared to manual one. It is known that using computerized will consume more expenses. However, it would help much to increase the performance of the company itself.
Computerized system would lead to a faster and less error data within the all the transaction records. Besides that, it would be easier for staffs to search and control the data of transaction compared to how they did it in the manual way. Thus, by implementing computerized system, business would be more steps ahead to profit.
Within this system, users could save both supplier and customer details. All the transaction details, such as purchase order, purchase, sales order, sales, return, and payment transaction, are being recorded in the system. Generated purchase and sales report are also there for manager to view in order to know the summary of transaction happened. By developing this system, it would ease users to control the transaction and manager to know the transaction well in which would lead to a better performance.
