REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT PT.INTAN SUAR KARTIKA

Abstract

Nowadays, many companies find difficulties in monitoring their staff works. People are getting smarter from time to time. In the past, it is very easy for manager to control their staff works, because they still work manually. But, because of the computerization, it’s quite difficult for manager to control their staff works, because people know how to do Manipulation. Manipulation here means when their manager come to monitor their works, they pretend to work, but the fact they’re playing games or doing other things.
PT.Intan Suar Kartika (ISK) is an old company and a big company, It has one Office at Jl.Gandi and one Factory at Jl.Yos Sudarso,yet It has so many staff and have been divided to many department too like Accounting Department,Purchase Department, Marketing Department and so many Departments. Almost all Department using Computer to do their job.
There are only two Manager which Control all department. Because the daily activities so many, The Manager cannot monitor the staff activies, what they do in their computer and very difficult to check especially at the factory, because it needs time to go there to check whether the staff use the computer in the right use, no playing game and do the job properly.
The Communication play a big role too, because usually they communicate using phone. So phone cost is one of the problem they meet too.
Thus, the writer decides to make a program called “Remote Management System at PT.Intan Suar Kartika” to help PT.Intan Suar Kartika especially the manager in monitoring the staff works in the Office or in the Factory and help easly communicate
